What is the rental fee?
Prices range from $750-7,000 depending on your date and time.
How many guests can I have at my event?
We can fit 150 seated guests with dance floor and band, or up to 260 guests for limited seating reception style; cocktail receptions up to 300.
How many hours are included in a standard rental?
Most other venues include 3 hours but our standard rental is for 4 hours so you don’t feel rushed through your celebration.
Do you provide catering?
Our preferred caterer is Pigeon Catering but you are welcome to bring in any licensed & insured caterer of your choice.
I know it’s a raw space but do you have any furniture for my event?
Yes, we have 60-inch round tables, as well as your choice of gold or silver chiavari chairs. We also have a permanent lounge set up, consisting of 2 love seats and a coffee table. We’d be happy to arrange rental of any other furniture you desire.
Does a raw space with an open floor plan mean more work for me?
Absolutely not! It means more freedom for a design and event as unique as you are. You tell us what your dream celebration is and we’ll help you bring it to life!
Is there parking available?
Each client gets 3-5 on-site parking spaces and there is ample street parking but you can also rent valet services, arranged through us with a licensed & insured parking company.
What are your lighting options?
We have permanent string lights across our ceiling beams but given the number of hang points in our gorgeous 20-30 foot ceiling, rental chandeliers and other creative lighting would work great in our space.
Are there accommodations for disabled guests?
Yes, we have two entrances with ramp access, and 2 unisex ADA restrooms.
